     2. The Outlook Web app (formerly found at webmail.archatl.com) has been replaced by Microsoft 365’s online portal. To connect, open your browser and go to …

     3. You will be presented with the Microsoft 365 Sign in screen - similar to that shown below …

     4. Using your full e-mail address, complete the Sign in screen and click on Next to continue …..

     5. You will be presented with a screen similar to that shown below ….

​

     6. Click on the gray-shaded portion as shown below to continue …

​

     7. Next, enter the password you use to gain access to your Outlook account and click the Sign in button to continue …

​

     8. When prompted to stay signed in, click on the No button to continue …

     9. Either click the “X” to close the first run experience or click through the screens for more info ……

​

Eventually, click the “X” to close the intro and continue ….

     10. Outlook will then begin to load ….

     11. Your main screen should look similar to that shown below. Be sure to check that you’re connected to your account ….

   12. To close down the app, click your name in the upper right corner and choose the “Sign out” option on the pop-up window ….
