11/09/22: It was discovered overnight that there were complications with the automatic rollout of the DUO deployment. Upon logging into network services this morning, all users should have received a notification to their smartphones asking them to authenticate their access with DUO. Unfortunately, only users who have had the 'manual installation'* performed on their PCs would have received this notice. The IT department is working on this automatic deployment and hope to have it in place as soon as possible - at which point, all user who have completed the first phase of the rollout (and have enrolled in DUO) will begin receiving the authentication notice upon logging in.
That said, it is important that if you have not already enrolled (i.e. loaded the DUO Mobile app on your smartphone or chosen to accept phone or text confirmation codes) that you do so as soon as possible. Again, these steps will be triggered by clicking on the link within the e-mail message you received from DUO. Otherwise, you may have issues logging in when the automated authentication has been correctly deployed.
